Inn Restaurant is contracted as a subscription, per property, per month. You can pay month to month or yearly. There is no lock-in contract: the annual term exists only if it suits you, and nothing renews at the end of a term without you knowing.
The data you load into the system is yours. You can export it whenever you want, in an open format, without asking permission and without paying for it. If you decide to leave, you take all of it with you.
The price is per property, not per person or per screen. You register your whole team, each with their own permissions, and use the devices you already have. We do not take a percentage of your sales and we do not charge an integration fee.
If the price changes, we tell you in advance and in writing. A change never applies in the middle of a term you already contracted: the price you agreed is honoured until that term ends.
We commit to running the service with care, to publishing its status and to telling you when something fails. Our liability towards you is limited to the contracted service and to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the data in the system.
What is on the roadmap is described as roadmap. We do not sell features that do not exist yet, and no verbal promise changes these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction are set in the contract you sign with us, according to the country of your property. If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
