What data we keep and why

Plain language first, legal text after.

The forms on this site ask for the minimum: your name, your work email, your phone and the name of your hotel or restaurant. Nothing else.

We use that data for one thing: booking the demo and getting back to you. You do not end up on any list you cannot leave.

We keep the data while there is an open conversation with you. If the conversation ends and you do not want to continue, we delete it.

The site uses minimal cookies: the ones that make it work and the ones that tell us which pages are useful. You can reject the rest and the site keeps working the same. There is never a pre-ticked box.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties so they can sell you something. Only the people who will look after you see it.

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to the contact email on this site and we will do it.

The guest data of our clients lives in the system, not on this site. It is handled under the minimum-necessary principle: we store what the operation needs, only people with permission see it, and every access leaves a trace.

The full legal text sits below this summary. If anything in it is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in plain language.

Your restaurant already sells. Your system just does not know it.

Fifteen minutes, with your menu and your tables. Nothing to install.
