Days, not months. No installer, no server, no closing the restaurant.
The real fear of anyone switching systems is not the price. It is the weekend when nothing works.
Five days, without closing the restaurant, with no installer and no server. With a live rehearsal before the first real service. This is what happens each day, who on your side takes part and how much time it takes from them.
Day by day
| When | What happens | Who on your side | Time it takes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Your operation is created. We load your menu with prices, categories and modifiers from the file you already have. | Whoever manages the menu | One hour |
| Day 2 | The floor is drawn: tables, areas and revenue centers. It is decided which cash drawer charges what. | Manager | One hour |
| Day 3 | Staff are set up with their permissions. This is where it is decided who can discount, void and close the drawer. And if there is a hotel, the corporate agreements are configured. | Manager and controller | One hour |
| Day 4 | Rehearsal with the team, live but without customers. Real orders are entered, charged, the drawer is closed and the shift close is checked against the cash. | The whole floor team | One shift |
| Day 5 | First real service, with us alongside. | The team | Their normal shift |
| Week 2 | First close with reports. Food and beverage per occupied room and performance per revenue center are reviewed. | Controller | One hour |
| Month 2 | Permissions review with what was learned. There are almost always two or three to tighten. | Manager | Half an hour |
The day 4 rule
The rehearsal is not optional and it is not done with fake data. The team enters real orders, charges them for real, and closes the drawer to see whether it balances. A rehearsal with made-up data proves nothing, because nobody makes mistakes when they know it does not count.
Training
A server learns to enter and charge an order in ten minutes, because the screen does what it looks like it does. What does take an hour of sitting down is what the manager and the controller decide: the permissions, the rules of the corporate agreement and the criteria for shift closes. That is where we stay with you, and it is the part no video replaces.
Migration
We bring over catalog, prices, categories, modifiers, customers with credit and open balances. The old sales history stays on the side of your previous system for as long as you need it; we start clean and with correct balances, which is what matters for collecting.
How to start without risking everything
You can start with a single revenue center, for two weeks, and move the rest afterwards. It is what we recommend for large operations. Nobody should switch five points of sale on the same Tuesday.
The question nobody dares to ask
“What if I do not like it?” You take your data with you, exported, in an open format, with no penalty and without us holding anything back.
A vendor that needs to hold your data hostage to keep you has already lost the argument about its product.
Your restaurant already sells. Your system just does not know it.
Fifteen minutes, with your menu and your tables. Nothing to install.
